McCormick is one of the featured brands in Pure Farming 2018. Like Landini, McCormick is a subsidiary of ARGO SpA, a family owned-holding-company.
Originally, "McCormick Harvesting Machine Company" was founded in 1856, which then became "International Harvester" in 1902, which kept the brand "McCormick" alive. "International Harvester" sold its agricultural branch in 1985 to Tenneco and the "McCormick" brand was discontinued until ARGO SpA from italy bought the rights and founded "McCormick Tractors International" in 2001.
